Dear Resident, Resident Representative and Healthcare Employees,

Facility remains in an outbreak until no new cases for 14 days from the date of the positive test. The last positive case was 6/10/2024. There have been no additional cases since. Individuals entering facility MUST continue to adhere to infection control measures at all times, which include cough & respiratory etiquette, masking as required & hand hygiene.

Visitation is permitted, but please note you are entering at risk to your own health!

Individuals potentially exposed or who have had close contact with someone with SARS-CoV-2 infection, regardless of vaccination status, are tested immediately, and then 48 hours later and then another 48 hours later as per guidance.

As a reminder, if you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 OR other respiratory illness do NOT visit. Signs of COVID-19 include: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea/Vomiting/ Diarrhea. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus and may present as mild to severe symptoms.
